RayQuan Evans is a former Florida State University standout who made his mark as a dynamic point guard for the Seminoles. During his tenure from 2017 to 2021, Evans demonstrated exceptional skill on both ends of the court, earning recognition for his defensive prowess and playmaking abilities. Known for his leadership and competitive spirit, Evans played a key role in Florida State's successes, including a run to the ACC Tournament championship. After his college career, Evans continued to pursue professional opportunities, showcasing the talent and dedication that defined his time at FSU.

RayQuan has since ventured into the training and coaching industry. Previously coaching as an assistant at Huntley Project High School, he is now taking his experience to Montana State University- Billings as a Graduate Assistant.

One Percent Club was birthed from Evans’ passion for basketball as it transformed into a motivation to serve his community. He now serves his community as a coach and trainer who strives to highlight the importance of fundamental skills training. Whilst implementing knowledge he has gained from his years of collegiate and professional experience, One Percent Club now encapsulates the true identity of RayQuan and his journey.
